Symptom

  • CDL files are not being picked up from Dropbox after maintenance.
  • The issue does not occur when files are dropped via the UI.
  • There are no logs for the dropped files.
  • In the audit logs for GoAnywhere, servers are stuck and do not show any progress of files.
