Symptom
- An issue is observed in the Manage Purchasing Info Records app after a release (2502) upgrade.
- The design appears to be mixed up, affecting the structure and organization of information in the Purchase Info Record.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Access the Manage Purchasing Info Records app.
- Observe the mixed-up design in the app.
Resolution
- Navigate to the object page or list page.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Appearance.
- Do not select 'Individual themes' as some of these are deprecated.
- Instead, use one of the following themes: SAP Quartz (Set) or SAP Horizon (Set).
