3597934 - A Document with Document Type Specification & Results Already Exists; Must Be Unique

An error occurs when trying to upload a second PDF file as an attachment for a production check task. The error message displayed is "A document with document type Specification & Results already exists; must be unique".

1. Go to the Production Control Work Center.
2. Navigate to the Task Control View.
3. Search for a specific task.
4. Click on the task.
5. Select the Confirm button.
6. Go to the Attachments Tab, where an existing PDF file is visible.
7. Choose Browse to upload any PDF from the local device, then the mentioned error would occur.

The issue arises because the "Specification and Result" document type has been marked as unique and default in the backend for all production tasks. This prevents the uploading of multiple documents of the same type. 

To resolve this issue, we can remove the limitation from backend. The backend indicator for 'Specification & Results' needs to be removed and 'Inspection Instruction' should be set as default. This change will allow the uploading of multiple documents and will resolve the problem for all future production tasks.
