3597936 - How to remove interview tiles/tabs under Interview Scheduling page for any job requisition - Recruiting Management

When does the interview tile disappear for any of the job requisition under Interview scheduling page.

1. Go to Recruiting
2. Open Interview scheduling page
3. Notice that the Interview tile/tab is not visible for any particular requisition.

The interview tile will be visible for any job requisition on interview scheduling page under following circumstances:

• If any one of the candidate under that particular job requisition is already having interview scheduled.
• If any one of the candidate under that particular job requisition is having his/her application in interview status (i.e. for that status, interviewAssessment feature permission has been added to the job requisition templates - 2082155 - Interview Central - Recruiting Management) but whose interview is not yet scheduled.

If there are no candidates meeting the above specified criteria for that job requisition, the interview tile/tab for that requisition will be removed from the interview scheduling page.

Note: This is applicable only for open job requisitions. If the job requisition is closed, then interview tile will get deleted directly even if there are any candidates satisfying above criteria.
