• A custom job layout is not displayed as expected, despite being configured correctly.

1. Open the job details page on the RMK career site
2. The default job layout is displayed instead of the custom layout.

A field previously used in the custom layout rules has been deleted in RCM. Although it is not visible in the CSB UI, and no error is shown, it remains in the backend and blocks the layout from being applied.

A code fix is under investigation. This KBA will be updated with further information.

Workaround:
Deleting the layout (not just editing it and selecting a different filter) and recreating it from scratch with the same configuration should flush the invalid field data.
