3597962 - Email Subject is inconsistent with the selected notification email template when sending Online Offer - Recruiting Management

The subject of the notification email of the online offer is inconsistent with the subject of the selected email template in Manage Recruiting Email Templates. The subject of the notification email is the same as the subject when selecting the offer letter template.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Navigate to Recruiting and open an application.
2. Take Action -> Offer -> Offer Letter, select an offer letter and modify the subject as Offer Letter-test.
   
3. Click Next Step and select Online Offer mode; then you can go to the next step to select the notification email template.
   
4. You can see that the subject will not change at this time; it will still be the same as the offer letter.
   

This is an expected system behaviour. According to the screenshots in the reproduction steps, it can be seen that when sending the online offer, although the candidate will receive the notification email, the subject will not use the subject from the email template but will remain consistent with the offer letter template.
