3597965 - Business Partner Replication Message For Account Is Not Triggered When a Contact Is Added to an Already Replicated Account

Symptom

You create a new Contact on already replicated account and expect an outgoing message is sent out for Account as well.

Environment

Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 Integration with SAP S4HANA
Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 Integration with SAP S4HANA CLoud
Sales and Service Cloud Version 2 Integration with SAP ERP

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Contact view
  2. Click on Create button
  3. Fill out the required information and Save it
  4. Go to Settings
  5. Go to Message Monitoring
  6. Switch to Outbound view navigation
  7. No outbound message is created for Account, instead created only for Contact and Account-Contact Relationship

Cause

There is no change happened on Account

Resolution

As the contact is created,  only Contact Replication message(BusinessPartnerS4ReplicationOut) and Relationship message (BusinessPartnerS4RelationshipReplicationOut) are sent out
