3598000 - How to Adjust Line Spacing in Document Generation Templates in the Updated and Standardized Rich Text Editor – Employee Central

• Unable to adjust line spacing in Updated and Standardized Rich Text Editor
• Not possible to add </br> tag due to deprecation of the "Source" view
• Extra spacing or double line breaks appear when pressing Enter

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

1. Navigate to Document Generation - Manage Document Template tool
2. Select an existing Document Generation Template or create a new one
3. Start editing the template content
4. Observe that the "Source" view is no longer available in the new Rich Text Editor
5. Due to this, it is not possible to add a manual line break tag (e.g., </br>) to adjust double line spacing

With the introduction of the Updated and Standardized Rich Text Editor, the "Source" option for editing HTML directly is no longer available in Manage Document Templates.

In the new editor, the Shift + Enter combination can be used to adjust line spacing and avoid double line breaks.
