3598050 - Issue with PDF generation in Italian language in Italy eDocument Cockpit in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

  • In the eDocument Cockpit, when the user profile is set to Italian language, generating a PDF for a Billing document results in an ABAP dump or an empty PDF.
  • The issue does not occur when the user profile is set to English language.
