3598146 - Missing Scheduling Agreement (SA) Items in SMI PROA Extract

Issue in sending SMI PROA via ARBCIG_PROA_SMI_EXTRACT program.

While executing ARBCIG_PROA_SMI_EXTRACT program, a customer maintains the source lists and sends PROA in accordance with it. However, in the source list, customers maintain both the SA and contract. When SA is not maintained at the first line in the source list, the above program fails to extract the SA details. This is because, under class CL_ARBCIG_PROA_SMI_EXTRACT -> Method PRODUCT_ACTIVITY_MESSAGE, the code fails to fetch the SA data as expected.
