3598151 - Missing Production Confirmation ID in Confirmation Journal Report in SAP Business ByDesign

• The Production Confirmation ID is not visible in the "Confirmation Journal" report.
• The Production Confirmation ID is also not visible in the relevant data sources.

Supply and Demand Matching

1. Go to Business Analytics work center.
2. Navigate to Design Reports view.
3. Search for the Confirmation Journal Report view.
4. Enter the relevant Production Order ID in the selection field "Reference Document ID"
5. Choose Apply.
6. The Confirmation ID which is available in the document flow of the production documents is not visible.

• The confirmation Journal report displays transaction data related to inventory changes and inventory movements, including goods issues/receipts/movements.
• If there is no inventory movement of a material against a particular confirmation, that document will not be displayed in the confirmation journal report/data source.

• The mentioned confirmation ID which is not displayed does not have any materials confirmed in it.
• The Confirmation Journal will not display this confirmation ID.
