3598206 - Account linking flow via Native Screen-Sets (NSS) does not work when connecting LINE account to site account with the same email address.

Symptom

  • When logging in via Native Screen-Sets (NSS) with a LINE account that has the same email address as a registered site account, the registration completion screen is displayed.
  • After entering the required fields (e.g. email address) on the registration completion screen and submitting, a blank Link Account screen appears and the account linking flow stops.
  • This issue occurs on both Android and iOS platforms using NSS.
  • The issue arise after accounts.setAccountInfo is called and errCode 403043 "Login identifier exists" is returned.
