3598222 - The system accrue at RES1 instead of REA1

• In the process of accruing at REA1’s rate during the time of delta accruals, a deviation is observed for certain invoices.
• The system is observed to be applying RES1’s rate on the business volume in the delta accrual document instead of the expected REA1's rate.
• During the Delta Accrual settlement run, the system is posting the accrual amount from Sales Rebate condition RES1 instead of the rate for Rebate accrual defined in condition REA1.
