3598229 - While accessing goal, an error occurs: "Cannot find EntitySet, Singleton, ActionImport or FunctionImport with name 'Feedback'." -1H 2025

When trying to access goal in goal plan page or in performance form, an error message appears: Cannot find EntitySet, Singleton, ActionImport or FunctionImport with name 'Feedback'.

• SAP SuccessFactors Continuous Performance Management 
• SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Check that Continuous Feedback is NOT enabled.
2. Navigate to the goal plan.
3. Click on a goal that is linked to CPM activity.
4. An error message pops up in the goal detail page: Cannot find EntitySet, Singleton, ActionImport or FunctionImport with name 'Feedback'.
   

This is a Known Issue.

The issue occurs when the below conditions are met:

1. The goal is linked to a CPM activity
2. Continuous Feedback is NOT enabled in Continuous Performance Management Configuration

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch M2504p4 on 04-May-2025.

Enable Continuous Feedback in Continuous Performance Management Configuration.
