Overall Objective Rating cannot be selected manually in the Objective Competency Summary Section of the form when Latest Form Experience is enabled.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

The issue occurs under the following conditions:

• The user enables the 'New Form Experience', which is an opt-in feature in the 2505 release (available in Prod, opt-out in Preview).

• The OCOC section is configured with Comp Rating placed first and Objective Rating second.

• The Competency Rating field is non-editable, while the Objective Rating field is editable.

• The user attempts to manually change the Objective Rating within the OCOC section.

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch M2504p1 (Preview: 22-April-2025). For patch timelines, please review SAP SuccessFactors Patches Knowledge Base.
In production this would be fixed in the b2505 release itself.

Workaround

Try to disable the Latest Experience of Performance Management Form.
