3598266 - Import Job in SAC takes Significantly Longer Than RSRT Execution

Import Job in SAC takes long time when inserting data into transaction table when data loading from data source is quite fast.

• SAP Analytics Cloud  2025.1.10 

• Remove a filter in an import model.
• The data volume is 21K, and from the HAR trace and Cloud connector payload trace, there are 20 minutes blank after data loaded from BW. So the time is pending in upserting data into transaction table.
