3598314 - Error during SWPM execution for SAP S/4HANA Server

Symptom

During the installation of Primary Application Server of an SAP S/4HANA system using system copy, the following error is encountered.

"Connect failed: com.sap.db.jdbc.exceptions.JDBCDriverException: SAP DBTech JDBC: Cannot connect to jdbc:sap://<dbhost>:3<nr>13/ [SAP DBTech JDBC: [2]: general error: database '<SID>' not connected: <IP address>:<port> -> <dbhost>:3<nr>13 ConnectionID:0 SessionID:0]."
