3598381 - "Cannot parse null string" error when Creating Activity for a Goal

• Encountered an unexpected error "Cannot parse null string" when attempting to create an activity for a Goal in the Goals tab.

• SAP SuccessFactors Goal Management

1. Navigate to Objectives > Performance Objectives.
2. Select any created objective and attempt to create an activity for it.
3. Encounter the error "Cannot parse null string".

The issue is caused by a missing default activity status.
