3598392 - Error "Invalid security answer - too short" happens in AS Java

• Post system update (such as Support Package Stack), when trying to set Security Answer, notice existing security answers are not accepted.
• Also notice there is additional validations on setting the Security Answer while it was no the behavior before update.
