3598437 - Unable to complete Define Scope activity in SAP Central Business Configuration

Symptom

An error may occur when attempting to confirm or complete the 'Define Scope' activity after the scope setup is completed or modified in the SAP Central Business Configuration workspace.

The error message below appears upon clicking the 'Complete Activity' button: 

"Your user is not authorized for this action. Please contact the system administrator to assign the required authorization role."
