3598521 - Issue with automatic filling of Bin, Stack, and Level Information in Fiori APP Mass Create Storage Bins

• While creating bins via APP Mass Create Storage Bins or using the Transaction /SCWM/LS10, the Bin, Stack, and Level information is not filled automatically in the simulated bins.
• The error message "Processing of message &1 stopped; message already in process" is displayed.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open APP Mass Create Storage Bins /SCWM/LS10 Transaction.
2. Select the line for Warehouse (XYZ)* and Sequence (123)*.
3. Click on "Display Simulation".
4. Notice that Bin, Stack, and Level are not filled by the simulation.

*Where XYZ represents the Warehouse Number and where 123 represents Sequence Number.

The issue is often caused by the absence of maintained Bin ID, Stack, and Level in the Configuration activity 'Define Storage Bin Identifier for Storage Bin Structures'.

1. Check the Configuration activity 'Define Storage Bin Identifier for Storage Bin Structures' in the system.
2. Ensure that Aisle ID, Stack Description, and Level Description are maintained for the relevant warehouse.
3. If not, add the necessary information and save the changes.
4. Retry the LS10 transaction to check if the issue is resolved.

It is also necessary to specify which part of the location structure each coordinate corresponds to—for example, whether the aisle is represented by the X or Y coordinate. This is done by entering the field label defined in the configuration activity "Define Storage Bin Identifier for Storage Bin Structures" into the appropriate field (X in structure, Y in structure, or Z in structure).
