When submitting a Sales Quote, an error is thrown: "Error Occurred on Creating Document"
Environment
SAP Sales Cloud Version 2
Cause
The PDF MIME type has not been allowed in the system.
Resolution
- Go to Settings
- Choose All Settings
- Under Data Administration, open MIME Types for Attachments
- Search for PDF and mark it as allowed
