Symptom
- "Last App Activity" logic change causes fewer contacts to be targeted in in-app messaging campaigns
- Contacts who were previously eligible for in-app messages are now untargeted
- Confusion about how app activity is measured after the update and what qualifies a contact as "active" or "inactive."
- No visible error messages, but targeting inconsistencies are reported
