3598636 - How to make the held line-items of canceled PO go back to the new Preparer/Requester?

I have created a demand aggregation requisition and fully approved it. The line items were held for aggregation and moved to the workbench. A Purchasing Agent aggregated the line items into an aggregated requisition. After the aggregated purchase requisition was approved, the purchase order was created. Then, the Requester/Preparer roles were reassigned. I noticed that if the new Preparer/Requester cancels the purchase order, the held line items go back to the user's workbench who initially aggregated the requisition and not to the new Preparer/Requester.
