3598649 - Missing Identity Authentication Tab in SAP Build Work Zone Subaccount settings

Symptom

  • After creating a new Build Work Zone subscription and instance, the Identity Authentication tab is not visible in the site directory subaccount settings.
  • This issue persists even after deleting and creating another instance/subscription.
  • The Identity Authentication tab is visible in a different subaccount in Work Zone service.
