3598657 - Production Requests Not Visible in Production Control Workcenter

• The user is unable to view the production requests in the Production Control Workcenter.
• A few of the production requests are not visible in the Production Request view.

Production Request

1. Navigate to the Production Control work center.
2. Go to the Production Requests view.
3. Search for the relevant production requests.
4. The system does not return any value.

• The user does not have Read and Write Access rights to the site of the production requests under Access Restrictions.

1. Go to Application and User Management work center.
2. Navigate to the "User and Access Management" and select the sub view Business Users.
3. Search and select the user with technical ID.
4. Choose the profile and select the option Access Rights.
5. In the Access Restrictions tab, search for the relevant work center and view.
6. Under the sub-tab Detailed Restrictions select the Access Group ID with the value of the relevant site.
7. Grant Read and Write Access to the selected line item.
8. Save and Close.

Once these steps are followed, the user should be able to view the production requests in the Production Control Workcenter.
