SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Form I-9 (08/01/23 edition) with either July 2026 or May 2027 expiration dates:

This is the current version in use within Onboarding and Onboarding 1.0.

It remains valid until May 31, 2027

As the new Form I-9 has been introduced, and will be being updated in Onboarding, but not Onboarding 1.0. To remain compliant, SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding will incorporate these updates as part of the 2H 2025 Release. 

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 will not receive this update. The End of Life (EOL) date for Onboarding 1.0 is May 16, 2026, which falls before the expiration of the current Form I-9. Therefore, no changes will be applied to the 1.0 version.
