3598686 - 1H 2025 - Browse Library Button Displayed for Users Without Access Advanced Library Search Permission

• After the 1H 2025 release, the Browse Library button is displayed for users without the Access Advanced Library Search permission.
• An error message "Unable to load data" is displayed when clicking on the Browse Library button.
• The button is also displayed on delegate mode even when the Search and Browse permission is not granted to the delegate.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Access SuccessFactors Learning with a user who does not have the Access Advanced Library Search permission assigned to the role >
2. Notice that the Browse Library button is displayed >
3. Click on the button >
4. An error message is displayed: Unable to load data.

OR

1. Access SuccessFactors Learning with a user with delegate access who does not have Search and Browse permission >
2. Go to the dashboards menu and select Act As to start the delegate mode >
3. Notice that the Browse Library button is displayed.

This is a known issue.

Our Engineering team has finalized their investigation on the scenario and the fix will be provided via 1H2025 patch in Preview environment after May 13th 2025.
