3598695 - SUM: Decision about Add-on UIHR001

Using the Software Update Manager (SUM) the upgrade fails with below error in phase PREP_EXTENSION/IS_SELECT due to errors regarding the UIHR001 add-on. The following error message can be seen in SAPupConsole.log:

01)  -  Upgrade the add-on using SAINT package.
02)  *  Delete the add-on using SAINT package.
Select the operation that shall be executed:: Delete the add-on using SAINT package.

After the error message you decided that you would like to uninstall the add-on since it is outdated. You have uploaded the necessary ACP file to the EPS inbox and chose to scan the inbox as the dialog shows:

The program has not found a SAINT package that fits to add-on UIHR001.

After the scanning process, the issue continues and SUM is unable to determine the next steps for the add-on.
