3598714 - Not getting 'Add Section', 'Add Tile' and 'Reset Section' option in FIORI Launchpad post upgrade.

After you logged on to the Fiori Launchpad, then click on profile icon -> Edit Current Page, it's not possible to make any change on the page.

There are following errors in the console log:
