3598721 - Pending workflow notification for an inactive user are still being sent

The workflow approver continues to receive email notifications from the workflow system despite the user-who the workflow is for, is already inactive.

The email notification is triggered by the scheduled job 'Workflow Action Reminder'. This job does not check whether the subject user is active or not. Instead, its main function is to scan all pending and sent back workflows. It then checks if a reminder is configured for these workflows. If the conditions are met, an email will be sent to the current approver.

This is not an issue, this is the current system behavior.
