How to create API users in the SAP Sales and Service Cloud Version 2?

SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2
Cause
For consuming APIs please create a technical role and a technical API user. An API user is a type of technical user who are authorized to consume other services through APIs. These users can access the system using the APIs as per the technical roles assigned to them. They do not have access to the UI of the application.
