Trend Element Rating label changes are not updated in the Calibration Ad-Hoc Report

SAP SuccessFactors Calibration

1. Create and activate a Calibration session with Data from People Profile - 

• SysOverallPerformance
• SysOverallPotential
• SysOverallCompetency
• SysOverallObjective
• SysOverallCustom01
• SysOverallCustom02

2. Change the Rating scale for any of the above Trend elements from Matrix Grid Rating Scale Tool. Notice that the changed Rating label reflects correctly on the Calibration Session.

3. But if you fetch a Calibration Activity Ad-Hoc Report, the rating label still shows the older label and not the new updated one.

1. Rating label changes are applied immediately within the Calibration session UI.
2. For the updated labels to reflect in the Ad-Hoc Report, the corresponding ratings must be actively saved in the session after the label update.
3. Once a Calibration session is finalized (i.e., moved to Approved status), the ratings—including any label changes—are automatically reflected in the Ad-Hoc Report.
