• The SRS and the target ASE(RDS) were restarted.
• The SRS came up earlier than the target ASE so the DSI connections on the SRS were raised error 1027 and 5215.
• After coming up the target ASE(RDS), one of two DSI connections was re-connected but the other was not until the SRS shut down.
