3598887 - Compliance/Document Flow showing completed status incorrectly in Onboarding Checklist Page after 1H 2025 Release

Symptom

Upon checking the new hire journey experience after 1H 2025 release, we found some issues relating to the E-Signature task.

  1. The Data Collection E-Signature task shows a 'Completed' pop-up message even when not all forms are signed
  2. The Data Collection E-Signature task duplicates all the forms with translation verification when I-9 translator is entered, but all the forms go away after I-9 is signed

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Login as the candidate and click on complete an e-signature task
  2. Stay on the Onboarding Journey page the next e-signature task that you attempt to complete will automatically present a "Success" pop-up saying you've successfully signed all of the forms and submitted them.
  3. It will update the task to "Complete" and give you a download option for all of the forms, but the forms don't have signatures and the task isn't actually complete.
  4. You have to refresh the page in order for it to update to show as pending again and allow you to sign the forms.
  5. This happens when utilizing the built-in e-signature functionality - NOT using docuSign
