• Recipient role with id '/RULE/MMPUR_MGR_OF_MGR' cannot be resolved
• Recipient role with id '/RULE/MMPUR_MGR_L_APPR'  cannot be resolved
• Recipient role with id '/RULE/MMPUR_MGR_RQSTR' cannot be resolved

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition 

1.Maintain Manager for the creator of the document in APP 'manage workforce' under work agreements tab with validity.

MMPUR_MGR_RQSTR means manager of creator of the document

MMPUR_MGR_L_APPR means manager of the last approver

MMPUR_MGR_OF_MGR means manage of manager of creator (first maintain manager of creator then for that manager maintain manager)

2. Ensure the manager who would be the approver has the access to approve the respective document.
