3599067 - DocuSign placeholder is visible instead of blank spaces when employee signs the downloaded document: Document Generation

Placeholders [[R_Signature1]] and [[R_SignatureDate1]] are displayed as text when employees are signing the downloaded document with the DocuSign feature of document generation.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - Document Generation

1. Go to Employee Profile of the employee.
2. Go to Actions, generate document.
3. Select the require template.
4. Download the document.
5. Note that the placeholders [[R_Signature1]] and [[R_SignatureDate1]] appear in the place of the digital signatures in the downloaded document.

This is currently expected behavior.

• If the text color is not white, the signature and date placeholders will be visible in the digitally signed document
• By making it white, it will not be visible.
