3599084 - XDL-Go - Files moving from Integration folder to badfiles without intervention in SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management

Symptom

  • The integration folder in Dropbox is unable to accept files larger than 100KB.
  • Files exceeding this size limit are automatically moved to the bad file folder.
  • The issue is observed when using WinScp as the SFTP tool
