3599142 - Status of curricula is displayed as Incomplete

On a Delta Data Extract file, at the PV_STUD_QUAL_STATUS.dat table, a curriculum is displayed as "Incomplete" for an user, despite the user having already completed it

1. Receive the Delta Data Extract file>
2. At the PV_STUD_QUAL_STATUS table, check that there are incomplete curricula for certain users >
3. Checking these curricula status within Learning Administration, it's noticed that the entities were completed by the users.

The reason for the curricula being displayed as Incomplete on the Delta Data Extracts, despite the users having completed them, is because these curricula were removed from the user Learning Plan. The Engineering team identified a defect that when the Curricula gets removed, the completion status for it is not updated on the Delta Data Extract.

The fix for this scenario will be delivered on the b2505 release as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information and 2025 VSaaS Upgrade and Patch Schedule.
