Resolution
You have the ability to modify default messages to better fit your business context, ensuring that all communications are consistent with your organizational branding and requirements
To customize these messages, refer to Modifying Screen Text with the Manage Languages Tool. The following messages can be edited:
- Help Guide: Customizing Messaging Experience for the SAP SuccessFactors App in Microsoft Teams
- Help Guide: Modifying Screen Text with the Manage Languages Tool
Important Notes:
- If the language a user set for their Teams client is not supported by the Manage Languages tool, the default messages and corresponding translations will be shown instead. For any customizations requiring special formatting, you need to use HTML standards. For example, use \n to create line breaks and [text](link) to add hyperlinks.
- If the default language set in Microsoft Teams doesn't match the language set in the Manage Languages section of Success Factors, be aware that certain standard items won't be translated. Please check the list of items that will be affected. Items not included in this list (available at Business Data Sources | SAP Help Portal) are managed from the Teams side and will follow Teams' language settings.
