3599181 - Existing users deleted at once from IAS seemingly without any reason (terminationPolicyDeletedUsers)

• Users were created in IAS tenant previously and suddenly deleted from IAS tenant without any intervention (no IPS job executed, no administrator action, etc.)
• Log (like Audit log or Troubleshooting Log) contains the reason for the deletion:
  ...action="delete", objectType="users", caller="terminationScript", category="audit.data-change", {"payload":{"terminationPolicyDeletedUsers":"[P*, ...]"}}
  
  (P* is the User ID of the deleted user)
