3599218 - Distance Duration error in RCC-LOG: /SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP 525 - Distance and duration between location &1 and &2 are missing; DD set to 0

Symptom

The distance and duration data are not populated during Freight Order (FO) creation. However, the report /SCMB/TEST_DDD displays the correct distance and duration values.

Error raised in RCC_LOG file:

/SCMTMS/PLN_OPT_APP 525 - Distance and duration between location &1 and &2 are missing; DD set to 0
