3599247 - Error while importing SAP monitoring content in Datasphere

Symptom

When activating the content package "SAP Monitoring Content (Data Integration Tasks)" in the Semantic Onboarding menu, the following error occurred:

"Couldn't import object '******' : We couldn't import your object because the open SQL schema "****" isn’t defined. Edit your Space "SAP_ADMIN  "****" to create the open SQL schema first, and then import your package."

Environment

SAP Datasphere

Resolution

In Datasphere tenant:

  1. Navigate to "System -> Configuration -> Monitoring" tab.
  2. Scroll to "Monitoring View enablement" section.
  3. Enable toggle "Enable access to SAP Monitoring Content Space".
