3599297 - 1H 2025 - Direct Link type "Current Registrations" redirecting users to the learning home page.

After the 1H 2025 Release, the Direct Link to "Current Registrations" is not functioning as expected, the users are redirected to the Learning Home page.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Navigate to the Learning admin side >
2. Go to System Administration > System Management Tools >
3. Select Generate Direct Link >
4. Choose the direct link type "Current Registration".
5. Generate the URL.
6. Try to access using the generated URL >
7. The user is redirected to the Learning Home page instead of the Current Registrations page.

The system is working as expected.

The SAP engineering team provided the following details regarding the "current registration" direct link type:

• Currently, with the new learning experience there is no dedicated view for class registration.
• This is the reason why when using this direct link type, the user is redirected to the learning home page.
• The PM team is checking the feasibility to develop for the future releases a class registration view for the new learning experience.
