3599311 - Field Chooser popup window alignment issue

Within Learning Administration, the Field Chooser wizard no longer has an horizontal scrolling bar after the 1H2025 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM > navigate to Learning Administration >
2. At System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > LMS_ADMIN, ensure that adminFioriHorizonEnabled=true >
3. Still within Learning administration, at any entity search page (e.g. Items, Classes, Users, ...) > submit any search >
4. Click on 'Field Chooser' > notice that only fields that have not been selected yet are displayed >
5. Since the horizontal bar is missing, the administrators can only add more fields, but cannot remove displayed fields in prior columns via Field Chooser.

The root cause is the popup container had a fixed as "width: 450px", but the width of the table inside it is more than the container when multiple columns and longer labels exist, and the table's direct container has the same size with the table, so no horizontal scrollbar for the table with adminFioriHorizonEnabled=true.

The patch to address the issue is scheduled to be applied within the b2505p11 release version, as per the schedule available at SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.

For VSaaS customers, this means that the fix is planned to be delivered as part of the b2505p19 release version, as per the schedule available at 2025 VSaaS Upgrade and Patch Schedule.

Workarounds while waiting for the fix:

1. Position cursor in any field box and use Shift+Tab to move backwards (or visa versa with tab); OR
2. At Learning Administration > System Administration > Configuration > System Configuration > open LMS_ADMIN in the edit mode > set adminFioriHorizonEnabled=false > click on 'Apply Changes'.
