• When user clicks on an item that is in their learning plan, the item details page will open in the current tab.
• However, when user clicks on an item in enhanced search results, the item details page will open in a new browser tab.
• Why does the behavior differ?

This is expected behavior as per design for the new learning homepage.

System open items in a new tab for search so that the end user can maintain their search position, and they can continue to check for other items if needed.

On the other hand, there is no need to do so for items already in end user's learning plan.

Thus, the behavior differs.
