3599427 - Display Sales summary function in VA01/VA02/VA03 doesn't exist in S/4HANA

Symptom

  • In ECC system, when create/change/display sales document, there is an icon 'Display Sales Summary (Shift+F7)'. This button can be used to display relevant information via customer fact sheet. But this function doesn't exist in S/4.
  • In S/4 system, execute VC/2, it gives error:
    Transaction VC/2 cannot be executed (SAP Note 2476734)
    Message No. 00977
  • In S/4 system, execute report RVKUSTA1 in SE38, it gives error:
    Access denied. Please check note '2228098'
    Message No. VR099
