3599431 - BIB Replication - "Entry in outbound table not found" error when replicating data from Employee Central to ERP system

Symptom

After executing the replication process with ECPAO_EE_ORG_REPL_QUERY report, there are no logs available for the employee being replicated.

Also, when searching for the general logs in SLG1 transaction with only object: ECPAO_IN, the following error is displayed in the replication logs:

  • Error in response for query *, resp. message *; contact Product Support
    Entry in outbound table not found
    ECPAO_QRY_ADM updated with status Failed for query , resp. mess. 

The error can be reproduced when trying to store data in PA30 directly
