3599519 - Blue border no longer follows cursor in Employee Profile Portlets dropdown menu - 1H 2025

While navigating through the Portlets dropdown in the profile, the blue border is only coming for the first element, and the background highlight is coming when the cursor is placed on other elements.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

1. Go to Employee profile -> Click on the portlet's dropdown.
2. Before release: When the cursor is moved in this dropdown -> the blue border comes wherever the cursor is placed. 
   

3. After release: When the cursor is moved in this dropdown -> the blue border is remaining in the first text and only background highlight is coming up when placing the cursor.

   

Note: Please note that the issue is only happening in the Legacy people profile.

• This is expected behavior with upgraded UI5 version.
• Selected subsection is highlighted or have background color, and cursor moves along with arrow keys in Keyboard.
