3599539 - MS SQL Server snapshot prevents listing of databases in SLD

Symptom

  • When a snapshot of an SAP Business One (SBO) database exists in the SQL Server instance, the System Landscape Directory (SLD) is unable to list the databases.
  • An error message "Error while adding database logon credentials for "\{0\}": B1_XXXXXX_RW" is displayed and no databases are listed.
  • The sldService.log contains error messages indicating a failure in request processing and a SQLServerException.
